Q. Where is Utmost Studio based?

Utmost Studio is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With the aim of attaining perfection, we always make sure we work with the highest quality of materials. Every piece is made to be unique.

 

Q. What are the payment methods available?

Via Paypal (Visa or Mastercard / American Express / Paypal Funds)

Via RAZER PAY (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking)

 

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account Click on Account Maintenance Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

1. Click on “Lost Password” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

2. Click Submit.

3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

1. No, all products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.

2. Deposit or Full Payments are only refundable or transferable to another product if Utmost Studio cancels the release of the collectible bust or statue.

3. For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 5% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all administrative and postage costs.

 

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in USD (United States Dollar) or MYR (Malaysia Ringgit).
